Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress who has received critical recognition for her skills. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December 1960. She's the oldest of children from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne who is a psychology student. The Moore family has English as well as Scottish heritage. Due to her father's job the Moore family often relocated and she was unable to form friendships or maintain ones. Moore started acting in plays in the year she attended Frankfurt American High School when her family moved to Germany. In 1983 she received a BA in Fine Arts at Boston University. In 1983 she graduated with a B.F.A. Moore, who graduated from college with honors in New York and started her acting career off Broadway when she moved to New York. In 1985 she appeared on the screen for the first time in The Edge of Night. She played two roles as Frannie and Sabrina Hughes in As the World Turns. This was the show that became her break. In 1988 she played an actor on the show, and won the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990 she debuted in the cinema world in the form of Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Short Cuts (1993), 3 Women (1997), and 3 Women (1997) were all directed by Robert Altman. Her performance in the critically-acclaimed Short Cuts (1993) was rewarded with several nominations. Moore was the first actress to get a major part in Safe in 1995, a movie. Steven Spielberg, who was producer of Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997, and one of the year's highest grossing movies, cast Moore as a lead actress. The actress received an SAG nomination in 1999 for the role she was in Magnolia which was a highly praised film. The Hours, a 2002 film that she co-starred in alongside Nicole Kidman and Meryl Strreep was nominated for nine Academy Awards. Her other films comprise The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), and many more. Non-Stop the film in which where she was a part of the cast in 2014, was released. Moore has been featured in numerous TV and film shows. Her most recent leading roles is in 2022, When You Finish Securing the World. She is a Hollywood actor and writer for children her career is well-established. Her first novel was published Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and it became a N.Y.T. It was adapted as the basis for a musical and TV series. The author also released her book My Mom's a Foreigner in the year 2013. Moore is known as an accomplished actor and a novelist. In 1984 she married John Robin and in 1995 they separated. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore was later married in 2003 has two children with her. Moore's primary focus is on her family, friends and career.
